HAVAC key personnel each have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT, surveillance, program management and multimedia fields. Our breadth of knowledge spans multiple industries including civil and military Government, energy, residential, and commercial installations. Our team members have experience with physical security systems that currently operate in remote and austere parts of the world. We welcome any challenge. Design Build Projects
The HAVAC multi-disciplinary team embraces systems thinking when developing solutions to the challenges facing our customers. Systems thinking provides value to our customers by considering the entire life cycle of the system. Installations typically require maintenance and upgrades during the useful life of the product. We consider all phases of the product to ensure our customers can minimize maintenance and upgrade costs in the future while maximizing system uptime.

Our Solutions Architect will meet with each customer to define the problem and develop a list of requirements. The requirements will drive the first phase of the design and culminate with a preliminary design review (PDR). During the PDR, our team will present a system concept and block diagram. The customer is an integral part of the process and will have an opportunity to provide feedback to the team at multiple phases of the project.  HAVAC will develop, model and test a working design after the PDR. The full design will be documented and presented during the Critical Design Review (CDR). During the CDR, the final design is locked down and authorization is given to proceed with procurement and installation.

Our process is highly customizable and set up to incorporate agile methods to streamline the path to a final design while ensuring requirements are met within budget and schedule.

Build To Print Projects
On some occasions, our customers know exactly what they want. In this situation, HAVAC will install to customer provided drawings. HAVAC is well versed in reading industry standard construction drawings and electrical schematics. We can support General Contractors with a one-stop shop for procurement and rough to finish installation of all jobs within our solutions portfolio.

Management Plan
HAVAC applies a level of management and oversight that is appropriate for the scope of work. Each job has a team leader whether it's a small one-day task or a long term project. Our senior staff have certifications from the Project Management Institute and can create any type of management plan required by the customer. We utilize Microsoft Project, and a robust process to track costs, quality and performance. Our team is adept at reporting DoD CDRLs, Earned Value Management metrics, and other reports required by the contract.
